Fragrance

One of the most important ingredients in bath and body products is the fragrance. INFUSION uses both essential oils and fragrance oils or a combination of both.

Essential oils are 100% natural and are extracted from herbs, flowers and plants through distillation. They are 100% pure and contain no harmful additives. Rosemary Citrus is a perfect blend of floral and citrus.

Fragrance oils are synthetic. They’re made with a mix of aroma chemicals and natural ingredients like essential oils and extracts. This provides a limitless variety of scents like Mahogany Teakwood, Coconut and Fresh Rain. INFUSION only uses high quality fragrance oils that are phthalate-free, paraben-free and most importantly skin safe.

***On the ingredients list, both essential oils and fragrances will be labeled “fragrance”. See product description for specifics.

Colorants

Give your bath a splash of excitement by using soaps with lively colors!

To create lovely earth tones like Rosemary Ylang Ylang and Lemongrass, the soaps are crafted with natural ingredients such as clays and botanical powders.

Micas are a naturally occurring mineral. Infusion only uses mica colorants that contain mica, iron oxides, chromium oxides and titanium dioxide which readily occur in nature and can be considered natural, making them safe to use on your skin. Patience and Man of Peace are beautiful examples.

Sodium Hydroxide (Lye)

Lye, also known as sodium hydroxide, is a necessary ingredient of soap. When lye comes in contact with oils it causes a chemical reaction called saponification, turning oils and butters into a usable bar of cleansing soap.
