Processing Time

- Standard Orders: All standard orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

- Custom Orders: If you have placed a custom order, please allow up to 6 weeks for processing and shipping. Custom orders may take longer due to the personalized nature of the items.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. The delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing.

- Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 1 to 3 business days after processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination. All orders over $50 are eligible for free shipping. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the Unites States.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Infusion is not responsible for stolen packages that have been delivered.
